Take spin class one level up in this hybrid spin class! First of its kind in Singapore, your workout will focus on the upper body for the first half during the 45-60 minute session. Here, you’ll be paddling with your arms while standing or seated using the ‘Krankcycle’, a bike that uses hand pedals to power a suspended flywheel. The second half of the workout involves switching to a regular spin bike to work out your entire body. Put your full body to the test as you alternate between spinning and ‘Kranking’.
