Yoga has long been known for its benefits for our physical, emotional and mental well-being. Yoga not only promises to improve stretching and flexibility, it also encourages deep breathing and relaxation.
For our kids, yoga can also provide the same benefits to their physical, emotional and mental well-being. After a full day at school, homework, enrichment classes and sports, we find that they are exhausted and unable to focus. Yoga will be an awesome way to break that cycle of school and classes, to offer them a “breather” and some fun! Here are 12 yoga classes in Singapore that you can check out for your kids.
