Led by two trainers Hazel and Ringo, Aerial FitnessStudio conducts open aerial yoga classes to all and drop-ins are most definitely welcomed here. The class introduces you to a series of unconventional suspension techniques and enables you to tone your body too.

Participants are encouraged to attend regularly for visible improvement. The best part is, beginners are welcomed here! Drop-in prices are at S$30 and a 3-class starter goes for S$70 with a 2-week expiry. 20 sessions of their aerial yoga class are priced at S$500, to be utilised within 6 months.

3. MotionWerkz Yoga

MotionWerkz’s Power SwingMax strengthening class uses the Swing in conjunction with weights, resistance bands, gilders and other props to strengthen, tone and sculpt your muscle groups as you move your body through each pose.

Expect a high-intensity workout as you embark on a challenging yet stimulating aerial yoga session with them. The class is conducted for a full 60 minutes and is suitable for all levels from beginners to seasoned pros.

4. Platinum Yoga

 

At Platinum Yoga, Aerial Yoga will see you floating more than 3 feet above the ground. It combines traditional yoga with hammocks and structural fabric so that you can execute acrobatic movements and poses gracefully.

Benefits include increased flexibility and core strength. For those who are a little cautious, Platinum Yoga offers Rope Yoga as well, where the rope is attached to a wall and you practice similar aerial yoga movements on the ground.

5. Upside Motion

Looking to build lean muscles, work out your core and increase flexibility? Upside Motion offers three classes to meet your desired workout. There are Pilates programmes for a variety of levels and training goals (including weight-loss, rehab and pre- and post-natal care), XtendBarre that combines ballet, Pilates techniques to work small muscle groups and sculpt bodies, and Aerial yoga that allows you to fly, quite literally, off the ground.

At Pure Yoga, the Aerial Yoga 1 specialised class is suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have a more invigorating practice. The class combines traditional asanas with the use of a hammock.
