Diptyque-inspired rugs are trending on China’s Instagram – and we’re surprised by how gorgeous they look

It’s probably not a stretch to say that the AVENUE ONE team adores Diptyque as much as the person standing next to us – in fact, we’ve featured the brand in almost every round-up that involves candles and gifts! So when these Diptyque-inspired rugs hit our feed the past week, we knew we had to share with you.

For the uninformed, Diptyque is a renowned French connoisseur in candles, fragrances, and body care. Each scent from the house prides itself on being genderless and tells a unique story through its olfactory pyramid and breathtaking visuals.

Unbeknownst to many, it started as a home goods brand in the 1960s. And while these rugs aren’t exactly official Diptyque merchandise, we shall take them as a nod to the luxury brand’s first creations.

Shared across pages and pages of RED (a.k.a China’s Instagram) were these gorgeous rugs featuring Diptyque’s signature black and white motifs.

And while some of these quotes don’t really make sense, the overall aesthetic is so captivating that it distracts you from even noticing the grammatical errors. Ahead, we found several options of the Diptyque-inspired rugs that you can get online.
