bedrock-bar-and-grill

Offering two different menus for both dine-in and takeaway, you are surely spoilt for choice at Bedrock & Grill if dine-in restrictions are lifted by Father’s Day!

Enjoy a four-course Father’s Day Set Lunch (S$118++ per person) that’s filled with a tantalising selection of dishes, when you dine in. A set menu is not complete with its starters and this one includes Poached Lobster Salad and Smoked Tomato Soup that are all made of premium ingredients to help whet your appetite before diving into the mains.

Following that is the restaurant’s signature special, Truffle and Herb Crusted Wagyu Petite Fillet, starring a 180g Australian wagyu petit tenderloin that’s encased in a crust of black truffle paste, parsley, and thyme. To pair with the juicy meat is an array of sauces – a side of button mushroom cream sauce, velvety classic bearnaise, and piquant whiskey mustard.

Considering takeouts instead? Bedrock & Grill’s takeaway option certainly doesn’t compromise on the quality and variety of dishes. Indulge in the mouth-watering Tomahawk Surf & Turf Set (S$328+ for four to six pax), which includes the restaurant’s signature Tomahawk Steak, Grilled Whole Snapper as well as sides such as Truffled Mash Potatoes, Black Truffled Fries, and many more.

A meal at Fat Cow is definitely not complete without their signature Japanese Wagyu. Indulge in the restaurant’s most succulent cut, the Miyazaki Wagyu Steak that is seasoned with sea salt on both sides and seared to perfection.

While the dish is served with condiments like fresh wasabi and shallots, it is recommended for you to first enjoy the taste of the beef on its own before moving on to have it with its accompaniments. To pair with the steak is a signature staple invented by the chefs at Fat Cow with fluffy Japanese rice mixed with rendered wagyu beef fat, hand-minced dried kelp, and truffle oil, aptly named Fat Rice.

The meal ends on a sweet note with a Burnt Basque de Cheesecake served with Seasonal Sorbet. If dad loves his alcohol, you can opt for either the Fat Cow Sake (S$55 per glass) or the Exclusive Sake Flight (S$58+) which features three different sakes from different prefectures in Japan.
