Blending regional Asian cuisine with American soul food, à la carte offerings include favourites such as the Bánh Bao Gà (S$16), which are juicy minced chicken dumplings with garlic, chilli, fresh coriander, and shallot served with Thai sweet chilli sauce; Spicy Lamb Skewers (S$18), chargrilled with a mixed chilli rub; and the Darkness Rendang Wagyu Burger (S$29), a 240g Wagyu patty slathered with miso butter spread, cheese sauce, and rendang sauce and piled high with cabbage slaw, crispy bacon, and egg in a charcoal bun.

Weekend bundles are also on offer exclusively from Fridays to Sundays, with a curated set of food and drinks for your crew. Craft beer lovers can choose from a wide variety of the award-winning brewery’s most popular beers such as the Dream Alone Pale Ale, Futile Purpose Cucumber Pilsner, and Kurtz Insane IPA available by the can and bottle that you can also mix and match to make a bundle of six bottles.
