The experience starts on land where you’ll first be greeted with a welcome drink, appetisers, and soup at Arbora Bistro. Once you get your appetite going, you’ll be leaving to board your cable car that is beautified with Japanese-themed decals.

As you admire the panoramic view and city landscape of the Harbourfront area, you’ll get to indulge in an extensive Japanese cuisine menu with highlights like the Grilled Japanese Omi Wagyu and Pan-grilled Eel with Cabbage and Soba.

Vegetarians can certainly enjoy the sky-dining experience too, as a vegetarian menu option is available and it includes highlights like Lightly Boiled Baby Spinach with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Char-grilled King Abalone Mushrooms & Aubergine.
