Seafood lovers, you’re in for a treat! Restaurant Gaig’s Executive Chef Marti Carlos is preparing a rich and hearty pot of Caldereta that is perfect for sharing for the entire family. Dedicated to all mothers, Caldereta is a traditional Catalan lobster stew that is served during celebrations. The dish features lobsters cooked in a fish stock prepared with lobster head and a combination of onions and green capsicum.
