Whether you’re a returning fan of the Durian Puffs, the perfect afternoon pick-me-up with generous helpings of durian mousse, or looking for something new, there’s something for everyone. This year, Goodwood Park Hotel is bringing back the 2011 bestseller, the Galaxy Ice Cream roll, as well as introducing new ones like the Summer Dream, a layered sponge cake with durian pulp sandwiched between each layer, topped off with a medley of berries and edible flowers encased in jelly.
