The MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2019 is out – and we have two 3-star restaurants for the first time!

The Michelin guide is one of the highest accolades in the food world. It’s the mark of the exceptional and flight-worthy bites and any chef or eatery that earns a star would be beyond delighted to receive a Michelin star – and so are food-lovers! And this year, we’re elated to see not one – but two – three-star restaurants awarded.

This isn’t the first-ever three-star to be awarded in Singapore – The Joel Robuchon Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa earned its three stars in 2016. However, it has since been revoked, having been closed down in June 2018 last year.

This year, there is a total of 44 restaurants bestowed with one Michelin star or more – making our country the one with the most Michelin-starred restaurants in Southeast Asia! Here is the list of local recipients, from three stars to one star, so you can plan your next gastronomical Michelin experience.
