Pezzo and IRVINS collaborate for the first time to create Salted Egg Pizza

Pezzo recently announced a collaboration with a brand that needs little introduction. Hint: The brand name rhymes with ‘curtains’ and it’s famous for being one of the pioneering brands that popularised salted egg-coated fish skin snacks locally and outside of Singapore.

Yes, we’re talking about IRVINS! It’s the first time both brands are collaborating with one another, and this new partnership will see the launch of a limited-edition Pezzo X IRVINS Salted Egg Pizza today (4 March).

Can you just imagine: crunchy, moreish fish skin on a slice of pizza? We can already taste the flavour combination in our mouths right now. *insert drooling face*

From what we’re seeing on the internet, the pizza will consist of a generous amount of IRVINS Salted Egg Sauce spread over the dough base and capped by mozzarella cheese before it goes into the oven to bake. Once it’s done, the pizza will get topped with generous sprinklings of the IRVINS Salted Egg Fish Skin.

The Pezzo X IRVINS Salted Egg Pizza will be available for a limited time only at all Pezzo outlets beginning today until 30 April 2021. It will also be available via delivery on GrabFood exclusively. Prices start from S$6.90 for a slice and S$19.90 for three slices to S$35.90 for six slices.
