Featuring must-try Seafood Dry Noodle (S$9.50), specially created by Senior Executive Chef Chan Wing Kin to commemorate Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert’s 10th anniversary, this unique dish definitely packs a punch.

Its sweet, savoury, and slightly spicy combination infused within a generous bevy of fresh prawns, squid, fish, and scallops is served upon a bed of egg noodles in true Hong Kong-style.

To cater to our insatiable love for all things mala, Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert has added four new variations of Mala Soup Noodle, including the Luncheon Meat and Egg Mala Soup Noodle (S$7.50). Tickle your tastebuds with this delightful addition that brings along with it a fiery kick on top of springy noodles that’s sure to satisfy your cravings.

Aside from hot dishes, the new menu also introduces all-time favourite Hong Kong snacks including Prawn Paste Chicken, 4 piece (S$5.30), Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce (S$3.90), and Steamed Chicken Feet (S$3.60).
