GrabFood has introduced a new feature called GrabFood Dine-in BETA, which will help simplify the process of finding suitable restaurants for consumers.

By using the Grab app, users can conveniently access GrabFood Dine-in BETA to purchase dine-in vouchers, explore restaurant menus and customer reviews, and even book rides to the restaurants. This pilot feature enhances the convenience of discovering, deciding, and traveling to the next dining destination, ultimately driving more consumers and potential sales to Grab’s merchant-partners.

GrabFood Dine-in BET also provides greater affordability by offering appealing restaurant discounts. More than 100 participating outlets currently offer vouchers with discounts of up to 30% off their dine-in menus. Well-known brands like A-One Signature, Cedele, and Sakae Sushi Group are among those offering exclusive discounts through GrabFood Dine-in.

Additionally, GrabFood Dine-in BETA aims to offer comprehensive information about each restaurant through their profile page. While consumer reviews are already available for select merchant-partners, more reviews will be made accessible soon. User-friendly features include the ability to view restaurant menus and personalized dish recommendations based on the user’s previous GrabFood delivery orders. The restaurant’s operating hours and address are provided, and users can conveniently book a Grab ride directly from the merchant’s profile page.
