Local online-to-offline (O2O) retail platform Audio House recently celebrated the opening of its new seven-storey building – Audio House Hub, located right above Ubi MRT station (DT27).
At the showroom, you could enjoy a cashless shopping experience for faster check-outs and minimal social interaction. The new building allows Audio House a competitive advantage in providing the fastest delivery service island-wide, currently as fast as three hours for items in stock!
Shoppers can also experience the latest smart home technologies showcased in the showroom’s mockup studio apartment, where a variety of home appliances including aircon, TV, audio, curtains, lights and more, will respond to voice and smart phone app commands.
With over 100,000 sq-ft of space, avid shoppers will not have to worry about safe distancing!
Cashless shopping through QR codes
In 2017, Audio House launched Singapore’s first cashless electronic concept at its previous showroom at Bendemeer: the store operates with no cashier counters, instead provides QR codes on products for customers to scan.
These QR codes then take them to Audio House’s e-commerce platform, where they can find out more about the product specifications and complete payment.
Grand opening promotion
From 18 December 2020 to 18 January 2021, Audio House is having a Grand Opening sale, to thank their members for their support over the years and also to welcome all to have a look at its new space while grabbing the best savings for home electronics.
