Get started with a 5.6km Virtual Run, HIIT, and yoga sessions

From 24 July to 6 August, kickstart your fitness journey with a run, HIIT, and yoga sessions.

running

Get your heart pumping by heading out for a 5.6km run either at your own pace or in pairs, in commemoration of Singapore’s 56th birthday. To stand a chance at scoring yourself a S$25 Decathlon gift card, snap a picture of yourself decked out in Decathlon apparel and upload it via the QR code (pictured above).

hiit

If you’ve been needing a little sweat sesh lately, join HIIT sessions that are accompanied by certified trainers. Partake in the trivia question that’s posted at the end of each HIIT session to win a 1-week gym pass worth up to S$150, at The Ring Box Community, Grityard, and The Faculty.

yoga

If you’ve been bound to your desk at home all day and night for the longest time, it’s time for a good stretch with Freedom Yoga. Get to choose from classes like Yoga for Runners, Gentle Flow, Yoga Basics: Strength and Mobility, and Yoga Basics: Stretch and Relax.

Don’t forget to strike a pose for the camera and submit your photos via the QR code pictured above, as you could be one of the seven lucky participants with the most creative yoga pose to walk home with a S$25 Decathlon gift card.

Wheel around Singapore

cycling

If you prefer cruising around Singapore on wheels instead, grab your inline skates, roller skates, skateboards, or even longboards as you visit five landmarks on our Little Red Dot – Decathlon Orchard, National Museum of Singapore, Fort Canning Lighthouse, Merlion, and Fountain of Wealth, from 26 July to 1 August.

For a chance to win a S$200 Decathlon gift card, here’s what you’ll have to do: start by checking out these six landmarks in a day – Decathlon Singapore Lab, Decathlon Bedok, Bedok Jetty, Singapore Flyer, Decathlon Tiong Bahru, and Botanic Gardens, and snap a photo of yourself at each landmark to complete the challenge.

To stand a chance to be part of the top three teams or individuals to win yourself a cash voucher, you are going to want to challenge yourself by designing the shortest route possible to get around these six landmarks.

In line with the upcoming National Day, Decathlon will also be incorporating some of our nation’s most-loved sports such as football, basketball, badminton, and swimming. From 31 July to 6 August, join in the fun as you complete the challenges either alone or with a friend!

Likewise, share photos of you having fun with the sport to stand a chance to bring home a S$25 Decathlon gift card.

Store-to-store Walkathon

Wrapping up the two-week-long challenge is a store-to-store walkathon that will be happening from 7 to 8 August.

Get in the National Day spirit and stand a chance to win a S$25 Decathlon gift card by simply dressing up in red and white Decathlon apparel to complete your walkathon and then upload a photo of yourself with the unique in-store photo backdrops that have been placed at all Decathlon stores, to confirm your submission. Don’t forget to add the hashtags #DecathlonSG and #DSF2021 alongside your photos.
