‘CHOOSE GOOD WITH MANDAI’ and enjoy a food trial with new wildlife-inspired dishes along with a fun game!

As a two-part campaign, it consists of both the Choose Good Food Trail that will be occurring from now till 25 November 2022 and the Choose Good Food Challenge from 18 November to 16 December 2022.

From now till 25 November 2022, experience new wildlife-inspired dishes that will spark conversation about the positions that animal species play in our natural ecosystem and how we are intimately connected to the biodiversity around us.

This food trail is formed with 20 local food establishments with the planet in mind, putting environmental and social issues at heart. Grow awareness for wildlife and nature in having a healthier planet to share and live in.

The Coconut Club’s Sayur Lodeh Rebung

This is a traditional Indonesian dish assembled from bamboo shoots, coconut milk, and spices. This dish is inspired by Giant Pandas.

Three Buns’ The Woodman

Enjoy a plant-based chicken burger comprising delicious satay flavours. This dish is inspired by the Sumatran Orangutans. 

Three Buns’ Happy Horton

Indulge yourself in a banana colada made with rum, banana, coconut, pineapple, and lime juice. This drink is inspired by Asian Elephants.

Birds of Paradise’s Cucumber and Double Mint Sorbet

Birds of Paradise’s Cucumber and Double Mint is a new sorbet flavour that is inspired by the diet of the Sumatran Orangutan.

Afterglow’s Raw Mixed Berries Cheesecake

This cake is made with cashew nuts and it is entirely plant-based and gluten-free. 

The Lesser Bird-of-Paradise was drawn inspiration from in co-creating this item as it has a plant-based diet and a striking appearance.

Plant-based offerings can be sustainable and enjoyable when we are more purposeful in our food choices.

Choose Good Game Challenge

From 18 November to 16 December 2022, embark on an adventure with the Choose Good Game Challenge.

This game is set against everyday environments and living areas such as the supermarket and kitchen.

Through light-hearted educational cartoons and fun facts, experience how conscious choices go a long way in protecting the environment.

Prizes include the signature Panda Tour at River Wonders and a private buggy tour around Singapore Zoo, amongst many others.
