Purchase Process
  • Customers must indicate the name of the staff member in the comments section when checking out.
  • Payment should be made via debit or credit card.
  • All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item has expired on the date of purchase.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after payment is successfully completed.
Delivery / Self-Collection:
    • Customers may either have their purchases collected by their designated staff member or choose to collect them directly from the office (in Bukit Merah, address will be given after purchase). Please indicate your preferred collection method and timing in the comments when checking out.
    • Self-collection is available Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Please avoid collection during lunch hours (12 PM to 2 PM).
    • If you prefer delivery, you must arrange and pay for your own courier service to the office.
    • All items must be collected by Friday, 27 September; otherwise, the order will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
