LEGO is known as the brand that creates toys that inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow, and it is with no doubt that we have all owned something from this brand before as a kid, or at least played with LEGO bricks once in our lifetime.
Well, here’s the good news – LEGO has now opened its largest store in Singapore and is making its return back to Suntec City, where the brand first opened its first store in Singapore!
The new store spans over 2,088 square feet where you can look forward to many unique displays and exciting activities.
Firstly, look out for the first-of-its-kind bespoke Merlion Mosaic Wall feature that is 3.9 metres high and 1.6 metres wide. This is specially designed by Singapore LEGO Certified Professional, Nicholas Foo, who built this piece with 92,160 pieces of LEGO bricks, over 128 hours.
You can also look forward to viewing Singapore’s first LEGO DOTS display wall which is a wall quilt that reminds kids of warm moments with family.
Next, be welcomed by a Monkie Kid-themed diorama, one of the first-ever Chinese-inspired theme model, built by a group of passionate Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOL), with the aim of empowering and inspiring kids to create their own hero legend. Feel free to also take a walk around the store and spot Mickey and Minnie Mouse figures that are hidden within the display scene!
Finally, create your dream LEGO set at the Iconic Pick A Brick Wall or build your own collectable LEGO character at the Build a Minifigure station. Want to preview your creations? Make use of the special interactive kiosk, Digibox.
There is also a Gift Centre section available within the store where you can find exclusive gift sets and various accessories that any LEGO fan would love to add to their collection.
