The dream of possibly every car fanatic in Singapore is finally coming true: Tesla has finally arrived at our shores, and it’s not just the charging port we’re talking about!
The leading American electric vehicle maker has finally opened its very first showroom in the region – and it can be found right here at Raffles City.
For the uninitiated who are less informed about cars, Tesla was founded in 2003 with the objective to prove that driving an electric car is a better, quicker, and more fun alternative than traditional gasoline-guzzling vehicles.
Apart from assembling possibly the coolest-looking all-electric vehicles, the brand also builds infinitely scalable clean energy generation and storage products, with the aim to reduce the global dependency on fossil fuels and work towards a zero-emission future.
Occupying approximately 143 square metres of space within ONE Assembly, a creative retail collaboration between BHG Singapore and CapitaLand, you can now get your hands on the Tesla Model 3, a four-door sedan, and also the first mass-market electric vehicle that is currently the only Tesla model available for purchase in Singapore.
Mr Steve Ng, general manager of Raffles City Singapore, shared in a press release: “We are delighted to welcome Tesla’s first Singapore showroom to Raffles City. Tesla has chosen Raffles City for its excellent accessibility in the heart of the city and having Tesla’s brand adjacency amongst the mall’s premium lifestyle offerings. The addition of the highly-anticipated electric vehicle gallery is set to add further vibrancy to the retail mix of Raffles City and offer shoppers an unprecedented retail experience.”
The Tesla showroom is exclusively found at Level 1 of ONE Assembly, Raffles City.
