Who says high-tech smartphones need to be expensive? Just check out Samsung’s latest Galaxy A series!

Samsung is constantly at the forefront of the latest smartphone technologies and following its all-new S21 series launch not too long ago, the Korean tech giant has rolled out two of the newest additions to the Galaxy A series family, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A32 5G!

With the most expensive model priced under S$650, the Galaxy A52 and A32 are Samsung’s most affordable 5G smartphones to date without compromising on the innovative Galaxy foundation features. What’s more, both variants allow you to expand your mobile experience by providing access to the wider Galaxy ecosystem of connected devices such as Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy SmartTag, and Galaxy Tab.

According to Sarah Chua, vice president of IT and Mobile at Samsung Electronics Singapore, the Galaxy A52 and A32 are made to fit in the lifestyle of millennial creators. “Our newest A series smartphones are designed with millennial creators in mind, especially those who rely on their devices for personal expression and to capture every moment of their lives,” she shared in a press release.

“We have packed the devices with amazing innovation, including enhanced camera functionalities and performance, along with a sleek and aesthetically pleasing design with various colour options to choose from. The best part – both Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A32 5G are priced affordably so that more consumers can have access to our cutting-edge features.”

What’s new in the Galaxy A series

Samsung has set the bar high for camera quality, and the Galaxy A52 and A32 are no different. By weaving the brand’s exciting camera innovations into the new Galaxy A series, you can now enjoy more fun and versatile photos and videos anytime, anywhere.

Shoot vivid and crisp photos and videos with ease, thanks to a versatile quad camera system on both the Galaxy A52 and A32. The A52 features a 64MP high-resolution main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP depth camera for enhanced portrait photography, and a 5MP macro camera to pick up the most minute of details in close-up shots.

Meanwhile, the A32 boasts similar camera configurations with a 48MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera with 123-degree field of view, 2MP depth camera, and a 5MP macro camera. Both smartphones also come with a high-resolution front camera for you to capture eye-catching selfies in high clarity – perfect for high-quality social media content if you ask us

With Scene Optimiser, the Galaxy A52 uses AI to optimise all shots with optimal settings for 30 categories of images and backgrounds such as food, landscapes, and pets. What’s more, you can also instantly turn favourite moments from 4K videos into 8MP high-resolution images with 4K Video Snap.

Whether filming the latest dance challenges or capturing a new skateboard trick, OIS (optical image stabilisation) on the Galaxy A52 ensures pictures and videos come out sharp and steady. You’ll also no longer need to miss any important moment because of low lighting anymore too! That’s because the A52 comes with a night mode that uses multi-frame processing to combine 12 images into one, resulting in a bright and crisp image – even in the dark.

For creative individuals, the Galaxy A52 also features AR Emoji and My Filter to allow you to add a unique individual flair to your content.

Samsung didn’t compromise on the smartphone display either, as it aims to enhance user experience and style with a vivid display and sophisticated design that properly reflect your vibrant urban lifestyle.

Enjoy your favourite shows on Samsung’s well-loved Super AMOLED display of the Galaxy A52. Now with 120Hz refresh rates on the A52 and 60Hz on the A32, the scrolling experience is made even smoother no matter what you do. You can keep watching your favourite drama series and scrolling social media posts even when you’re outdoors, thanks to an increased 800nits luminance.

You’ll also be happy to know that the display is ‘Eye Care’ certified, and automatically adjusts the display’s colour temperature based on your smartphone usage patterns to reduce eye fatigue with ‘Eye Comfort Shield’.

Additionally, the new Galaxy A series features a refreshed design that is simple yet purposeful with a soft-edge design and minimal camera housing.
