One of the new sections is the halal-certified food section that includes everything that you can possibly dream of. There’s ramen, snacks, frozen foods, ingredients, and side dishes.

You might be a bit worried since these products come from Japan, and they may be certified by halal certification bodies in Japan that may not have the same standards. However, the products in this section have been approved by JAKIM, also known as the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia, and you can purchase them without any doubts. They have also kindly included the logos of the Japanese halal certification bodies that are approved by JAKIM so that you know what to look out for when shopping.

They also offer fresh cuts of Wagyu beef and sashimi so that you can bring them home for a good Japanese feast with your loved ones.

One fruit in season right now is the strawberries from the Fukuoka and Saga prefectures.
