Now that you have calmed your mind and body, it’s time to satisfy your tummy with a wholesome farm-to-table lunch.
Enjoy a two-course lunch menu that features ingredients that are harvested from Fairmont Singapore’s on-premise Aquaponics Farm.
Relish either the Roasted Red Tilapia Fillet, Grilled Asparagus and Tarragon Butter or Handmade Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Rocket Salad, Pomegranate, Pentas Flowers for your first course.
