The main draw for all Anytime Fitness outlets is the fact that they open for 24 hours. While it doesn’t have training classes that you can attend, they have equipment that you can use for strength and cardio training, and you can also opt for personal training at a fee. Sessions are recommended based on your fitness goal, for example, whether you’re looking at weight loss and general fitness, or are training for races.

2. Athlete Lab

Started by amateur triathletes with a love for fitness, Athlete Lab isn’t just great for those who are training for specific races, but also for building up overall fitness. Compared to spinning, Athlete Lab uses real bikes known as Adjustabikes in their training sessions, which give you the experience of road cycling; something that spinning bikes can’t emulate.
