7. AWARE Centre

Although AWARE is not technically a studio, it offers a KAPAP Women’s 10-Week Self-Defence Course, which condenses the Kapap personal protection system into a 10-week workshop specifically designed for women (sorry men!). The courses teaches women how to disarm knives and guns, do foot trips, take defensive stances etc.
