Highlights of the menu include the Beef Tartare, Halibut, and Pavlova. The Beef Tartare, a French staple, receives an Asian twist with a spiced pepper marinade infused with sesame and Korean Gochujang paste, delivering a tantalizing blend of spice, tang, and aroma.

The Halibut is presented in two distinct preparations. For lunch, it’s paired with vibrant green and white asparagus complemented by black garlic textures. The dinner version features a harmonious blend of zesty coconut velouté, creamy pumpkin, and a lavish topping of caviar.

While Chef Gerald impresses diners with these delectable dishes, Pastry Chef Wee Pai Hau rounds up your meal with desserts. Chef Pai presents a reinvented Pavlova. Encased in a crisp meringue shell, the dessert boasts a bottom layer of passionfruit and banana sorbet, filled with homemade lemongrass parfait, and crowned with coconut mousse and pineapple compote.
