Pokémon fans, you’re in for a treat. If you’ve been planning to have a staycation some time soon, you might want to reconsider your hotel of choice.
From now until 29 January 2022, you can enjoy a Pokémon-themed staycation at Fairmont Singapore. But that’s not all, you will get to delve deeper into the enchanting world of Pokémon and unravel new mysteries in the hotel with prizes to be won!
Upon checking in, you will be given a customised quiz booklet containing questions with varying challenge complexities. You can solve them at your own time, but we would recommend doing so as soon as possible because the first 20 guests who complete the Quiz Rally correctly every week will win a deck of Pokémon Trading Card Game Battle Academy worth S$34.90. All you have to do is to submit the completed set of questions and upload an individual or group selfie picture taken at the Pokémon photo wall in the hotel lobby.
If you would like to take things at your own pace, submitting it at check-out will still entitle you to a special sticker and a surprise Pokémon gift.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a special-edition Pikachu Eco Bag, Pikachu Plush, a Pokémon-themed bath towel, a glass cup, and a sticker set of 10 Pokémon including Pikachu, Gengar, and Charizard.
Other than adding some collectibles to your collection, you will also be able to loan a Nintendo Switch to play for free on a first-come, first-served basis. As such, we recommend doing this as quickly as you can if you want to avoid disappointment.
This loan will come with the Pokémon game: Pokémon SNAP and Pokémon Sword and Shield, and it’ll probably keep you very occupied during your stay. If you book your stay after 19 November, you will also be able to loan the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Since the game will only be released on 19 November, you could be one of the first few people to actually try and play the game.
Photo Wall & Impressive Display of Cards
The Pokémon-themed photo wall in the hotel lobby is adorned with the adorable Pikachu and the legendary Pokémon Mewtwo. Snap as many photos as you want to keep them as memories. Right beside the photo wall, there is a video kiosk display of the latest Pokémon game, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl.
There will also be an impressive display in the lobby which will showcase a collection of 50 Pokémon cards, each with stunning artwork. These cards represent the key game moments from Pokémon TCG: Celebration expansion. Use this chance to bond with your child as you reminisce the nostalgic moments of your childhood and tell them more about Pokémon.
Booking Details
If you’re interested to book a Pokémon staycation, the price of a bundle for two adults and up to two children will start from S$420 if you stay anytime between Sunday to Thursday in November. This price of this bundle will start from S$435 if you choose to stay anytime between Friday to Sunday and the eve of a Public Holiday. This rate will also apply for all days in December.
This bundle includes an overnight stay in a selected Fairmont Room and daily breakfast for two adults and up to two children. You can request for an additional bed if you require one for your child. Since the hotel group knows that some families might be driving, those who purchase this bundle will be entitled to parking at Raffles City Shopping Centre with unlimited re-entries throughout their entire stay at the hotel.
