Ready to have a blast?
Here’s the good news: the world’s first Nerf Action Xperience will open on 5 October at Marina Square. This Nerf-themed arena has four family-friendly activity zones and private event spaces. The 18,000 sq-ft attraction is created by corporate design and production company Kingsmen Creatives, in partnership with toy manufacturer Hasbro.
The four activity zones are Compete, Conquer, Challenge, and Create.
Compete: Designed for players above seven, Compete allows you to explore two Nerf worlds: Zombie City and Camp Dune. The former challenges you to find a vaccine against the virus that is turning people into zombies before being captured, and in the latter scenario, you are transported to the year 2983 and have to make your way to the safe zone by playing a Capture the Flag-type competition – with a Nerf gun as your weapon, of course.
Conquer: Featuring landscaped areas and terrains, players have to clear obstacles and overcome The Volcano, The Summit, and The Glacier’s slide, before getting up to the Ice Cliff. This area is also suitable for players above seven years old.
Challenge: This is where younger players thrive. For those between three to six, this area is inspired by the shape of the inner workings of a Nerf blaster, and features a Racetrack where you can go through a zipline and the Expressway that allows little tots to weave through a rope course.
Create: Here’s where you can solve problems and test your resilience through activities that are developed with sports psychologists to develop skills of players six and above.
Prices start from SGD26 for an adult ticket and SGD19 for a child ticket, for a two-hour experience.
Nerf Action Xperience is located at #01-208 Marina Square, 6 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039594. It opens from 10am to 10pm daily. Last entry is at 7.30pm.
