If there is anything the pandemic taught us, it is that we need to appreciate the activities we used to take for granted. Reunions with family, bar-hopping with friends, karaoke, live concerts, the list goes on… Luckily for many of us music lovers, we can fall back to virtual concerts by our favourite artists!
And for all Bon Jovi fans out there, you now have an exciting opportunity to get a once-in-a-lifetime Bon Jovi concert experience without concerns about overcrowding.
For two weekends only, Golden Village (GV), together with Encore Nights, will be exclusively screening Bon Jovi’s much-anticipated full-length concert on June 10 to 13 and June 18 to 20 at selected GV cinemas.
Recorded at the Paramount theatre in Jon Bon Jovi’s home state of New Jersey, the performance will be featuring the band’s classic hits like Livin’ On A Prayer, You Give Love A Bad Name, and It’s My Life together with the latest songs from their newest album, 2020, as well as an opening act by singer-songwriter, Dean Lewis.
With Bon Jovi hitting the big screens at GV this month, Singapore fans will be among the first in the world outside of North America to catch this epic full-length concert and experience the same thrill you get from in-person performances but with the comfort of GV’s cinema halls.
Screening for the next two weekends, the Bon Jovi concert comes just in time for Father’s Day too! Tickets are priced at only S$20 for GV members and S$22 for non-members. Advance tickets have gone on sale on 3 June but the last we checked, you can still get your hands on them at all GV cinemas as well as online at GV’s website and via the iGV app.
