You’ll get to choose from a series of mouthwatering Christmas dishes such as honey glazed bone-in champagne ham with port wine sauce, traditional country pate, and even Asian-inspired turkey with cranberry and kam heong sauce!
Enjoy more of a traditional (read: non-buffet) dining experience? Try out the Epicurean Festive Set Dinner at Blue Potato instead! A three course meal awaits, and you can expect delicious favourites such as crab louie salad, roasted turkey breast with chestnut stuffing, and caramel yule log cake with fresh berries and vanilla ice cream. Yum!
There’s also Gourmet Festive Tapas and Celebratory Cocktails at Crossroads Bar, which entails a medley of Christmas-themed tapas paired with cocktails. 2. Mercure Singapore Bugis
A truffle cheese fondue?! Nope, your eyes aren’t fooling you! You’re definitely going to be in for a sweet treat over at Mercure Singapore Bugis. One of the stars of the show, it is infused with aromatic truffle that is practically begging to soaked up with bread rolls and chips.
If you prefer savoury offerings, fret not— Mercure Singapore Bugis has them, too. There’s the seven spices turkey with homemade chili sauce (that reminds of distinctly of the classic Singaporean chicken rice with a twist), as well as port wine glazed rack of lamb and oven roasted barramundi on a bed of ratatouille.
Our favourite? It’s a toss up between the slow braised beef cheek with madeira wine and black pepper pork ribs. Both are incredibly soft, tender and melts in your mouth perfectly. They are also super flavourful, packing an amazingly meaty punch that fellow carnivores are sure to adore.
A live outdoor BBQ station also means that you get to chow down on favourites such as mini crayfish and mentaiko scallops, all of which are perfectly grilled. Mm! With over 40 scrumptious Yuletide dishes available, it’s no surprise that they have one of the best Christmas meals and menus this year!

3. Brotzeit
Yes, everyone’s favourite German restaurant has a special Christmas menu that is sure to have just about everyone drooling. There’s a wide selection of appetisers, main courses, and desserts to indulge in, as well as Seasonal Glühwein (mulled wine) that comes in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. How considerate!
Personally, we enjoyed the Brotzeit Christmas Platter (SGD138) most, which comes with a literal spread of honey-baked Christmas ham, venison and veal sausages, oven-roasted pork roulade, and Brotzeit’s signature crispy pork knuckle. Not only does it make a brilliant sharing plate, it also comes with a good mix of textures and flavours. The crunch of the pork knuckle complements perfectly with the tart, tangy sauce of the ham, for one, while the airy, gorgeously whipped mashed potatoes rounds everything out.
You can also opt for lighter fare, such as the Christmas Duo (SGD60), which comes with honey baked ham, turkey schnitzel with ham and raclette cheese stuffing, and potato gratin. Perfect for those with smaller appetites!

4. Intercontinental Singapore
Fancy a little champagne to go with your Christmas tidings? Go for the Festive Sunday Champagne Brunch at Intercontinental Singapore, then! You can expect beautifully cooked meats such as the charcoal-grilled beef tenderloin with port wine sauce, roasted tom turkey with citrus fruits, and honey ham with spinach flatbread.
If you’re in need of a palette cleanser in between, they also have unlimited servings of seafood on ice, luscious caviar, and charcuterie and cheese. Do note that this is limited to their special champagne brunch, though— their festive lunch and dinner options has lesser selections, but we don’t doubt that it tastes just as spectacular. After all, they’re known for having one of the best Christmas meals and menus of all time!

5. Marriott Singapore Tang Plaza
Marriott Singapore Tang Plaza is big on Christmas, if their slew of food offerings is any indication! Enjoy a Christmas buffet over at the Marriott Cafe that comprises of several classic Christmas dishes with a twist, such as roast pork saddle stuffed with pancetta, roast turkey with chestnut bread stuffing, and spiced pork neck with prunes and apricots.
If you prefer more of a set meal as compared to buffet style, there’s also the Dazzling Christmas Memories meal offerings over by Pool Grill. The three course Christmas set meal is sure to please, as will their selection of carefully curated Christmas hampers with a myriad of unconventional offerings such as lavender roast turkey with orange, honey glazed brussel sprouts, and honey and clove glazed ham. 6. Sofitel Singapore City Centre
Sofitel’s French-Chinese restaurant Racines steps up to the plate for the holiday season this year, with a five course Christmas set meal available throughout December as well as as the Art de Noel Christmas Eve dinner buffet and Christmas day brunch buffet available.
If you love sweet treats, we recommend the five course Christmas set meal, which has an amazing steamed Christmas mixed fruit pudding with cognac infused creme anglaise and Tahiti Vanilla ice cream. Uh, we’re pretty sure our jaws just dropped to the floor in anticipation at the thought of it. There’s also Greek seabass fillet and wagyu flank steak to look forward to, while the buffet options are filled with Christmas favourites with an Asian twist, like kong bak pau seasoned in light garlic aioli. Yum!

7. Fullerton Hotel
A nasi lemak Christmas turkey?! Snow globe eggnog tiramisu?! 8. Crowne Plaza Changi Airport
Flying off this December holidays? Well, it doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself to a great Christmas meal before then. Opt for Crowne Plaza Changi Airport’s Azur, which has a delightful selection of sumptuous Christmas dishes such as herb crusted beef ribeye, crispy pork knuckles, as well as other popular Asian dishes. They may not have festive themed meals or buffets throughout the month, but the Hotel Fort Canning does have special festive-themed buffets on both 24th and 25th of December. And aren’t those the days that truly matter, anyway?
Look out for their carving station, where you’ll be able to chow down on roasted herb-crusted milk-fed chump of lamb, satay roast turkey, and a 12 hour slow glazed maple honey mustard gammon ham. For those that prefer seafood, there is also the pan seared prawns with onions and the grilled seabass fillet with Thai citrus lime beurre blanc. Yup, there’s truly something for everyone here!

10. Park Hotel Clarke Quay
It’s festive foods abound over at Park Hotel Clarke Quay this year!
Known as the four course Festive Dinner, you’ll be able to kick off your meal with sous vide scallops that is paired with salty jamon, aged balsamic, and compressed watermelon for a hint of sweet and sour that is sure to get your tummies rumbling. Ease into a bowl of French onion soup with cheese toast, next, and pick between beef brisket and Atlantic halibut confit for your main. The meal then ends off with fresh, fragrant bananas, cooked in caramel and topped with vanila ice cream.

11. Pan Pacific Singapore
There’s a ton of activities and festivities going down at Pan Pacific this year, most notably in the food department! From 12th November, you’ll be able to enjoy a Sparkling Christmas at Edge, which involves a buffet spread containing delectable dishes such as oven roasted mustard angus striploin, pineapple glazed bone-in-gammon ham with honey and clove, as well as Christmas pudding.
They are regarded to have one of the best Christmas meals and menus of all time, though, so we highly recommend you book early if you’d like to snag yourself a spot.
The Sparkling Christmas at Edge Festive Lunch is available from 12th to 30th November. The Festive Dinner is available from 12th November to 30th December. Prefer meals that are a little more Asian-style than Western? Well, you can still get that with the Festive Weekday Buffet at Carlton City Hotel Singapore. Bite into their diverse selection of fusion dishes, such as the BBQ teriyaki pork ribs, seared salmon and prawns with sesame shoyu, and a dedicated counter for Japanese bites such as sashimi, sushi, and light bites.
They even have local fare like Singaporean chili crab with fried man tou, salted egg yolk prawns, and Singapore laksa. Can you say authentic Singaporean Christmas meal, or what? We love it!

13. Novotel Singapore on Stevens
Novotel Singapore on Stevens is a pretty new addition to the best Christmas meals and menus list, but we’d say that they’re coming in strong. This cheerful space is hosting their very own Festive Buffet, with their spread including gravlax, traditional roast turkey, honey studded ham, as well as a wide variety of desserts.
Seafood lovers are also sure to enjoy this buffet, as they provide fresh seafood on ice on top of their current Christmas offerings. Their more than reasonable pricing just sweetens the deal, really. A must-try, especially if you’re in the Orchard district!

14. Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong
If you’re looking to avoid the hustle and bustle that comes with Christmas, try out Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong’s Christmas Dining options instead. They will be providing a special Christmas menu for its Saturday and Sunday brunches all throughout December as well as on Christmas day itself.
Adventurous foodies should try out their Assam turkey fricassee, while those with a fondness for local dishes can go for the barramundi mee goreng, yakitori panggang, or the har cheong gai with buah keluak waffle. Uh, sounds super sinful, but also super worth it? We agree!
The Christmas Dining buffet is available all weekends in December and on the 25th of December. It costs SGD42++ per adult for their Sunday brunch.

15. Capella
Widely regarded to have one of the best Christmas meals and menus in Singapore, Capella is the place to go to if you’d like to have a Christmas feast to remember. The Knolls and Cassia (both establishments within the hotel) will be participating in the festivities this year, with both parties adding Yuletide themed dishes their menu such as halibut confit with citrus junos and braised bird’s nest with crabmeat. Uh, whoa. Sounds a little unconventional, but knowing Capella standards, it would probably be stunning.
They also offer a mix of Christmas savouries and sweets over at their other establishment, Chef’s Table. We’re talking tarragon roast turkey sandwich with smoked almond and endive as well as panettone french toast. Hmm! Trust us, with dishes like that, you’re going to want to grab some pictures to commemorate it!
Capella Christmas menu is available from 3rd-31st December, though do note that the Chef’s Table offerings is limited to weekdays only. It costs SGD48. The buffet lunch and dinner are available on the same days, though it does cost SGD78 per adult at The Knolls and SGD98 at Cassia.

16. Häagen-Dazs Festive Mochi
Everyone’s favourite ice cream brand isn’t to be left out of the festive fun either— this holiday, they’ve come up with two limited edition mochi flavours: Cream Cheese and Tiramisu. Uh, sounds scrumptious already!
The Cream Cheese Mochi is light, subtle, and contains high-quality, delicately sized steamed Mochi pieces from Taiwan. The Tiramisu Mochi, on the other hand, is inspired by home-made tiramisu and featuring real Mascarpone from Italy!
The Häagen-Dazs Festive Mochi in flavours Cream Cheese and Tiramisu are available at all Häagen-Dazs stores and at selected supermarkets. It retails at SGD14.90 per pint.
