At S$59++, guests can enjoy a four-course seafood feast for two, making this a fantastic way to celebrate the nation’s birthday at Yuè.
The meal begins with the Herbal Peppercorn Soup with Mini Abalone, Fish Maw, and Home-Made Meat Ball, which was the star of the show for the AVENUE ONE team. This soup feels like a warm embrace from grandma’s kitchen, evoking a sense of nostalgia with every sip. The broth is richly infused with peppery notes, and the addition of mini abalone and fish maw elevates it to a luxurious delight. The home-made meatball, tender and flavourful, adds a comforting touch that completes this heartwarming dish.
For a balanced and flavourful main, the Baked King Prawn with Garlic Sambal Mayo stands out. The prawn is perfectly baked, preserving its natural sweetness, and is complemented by a spicy and creamy sambal mayo. This dish is a harmonious blend of bold flavours and delicate textures, offering a delightful kick that prawn lovers will appreciate.
Then, dig into the Seafood Crispy Noodles with Chilli Crab Sauce. This dish, coated in a rich and savoury chilli crab sauce, offers a satisfying crunch that perfectly complements the medley of fresh seafood. The combination of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavours captures the essence of Singapore’s national treasure, making it a must-try.
The Deep-Fried Durian Roll ends the meal on a high note. Encased in a crispy shell, the creamy durian filling promises a sweet and exotic taste that will satisfy any durian enthusiast. For an additional treat at Yuè, patrons can indulge in a trio of crabs (300-400g) for S$98++, with eight cooking styles to choose from. The Singapore-style Chilli with Nachos is a crowd favourite, offering a delightful twist on the classic chilli crab. Other options include Deep-fried with Creamy Milk and Salted Egg Lime Sauce and Wok-fried with Black Pepper, each promising a unique and flavourful experience.
