This semi-buffet dinner includes generous portions of free-flow dishes: a decadent spread of seafood on ice such as Snow Crab, Prawn, Lobster, and Scallop; appetisers including Salmon Tartare, Tuna Tataki, and Hamachi Ceviche; as well as a solid selection of salads, charcuterie, farmhouse cheeses, and antipasti.

Expect a delicious spread of classic brunch favourites including a well-curated selection of charcuterie, farmhouse cheeses, and antipasti.
Seafood-lovers are going to be beyond impressed by its extravagant seafood wall. This section has everything from chill seafood (think Snow Crab, Lobster Tail and Claw, Scallop, and more), smoked seafood, seafood salads, and fresh sashimi.
Don’t miss its Almond Wood Fire Grilled Seafood section, where your favourite seafood is grilled to perfection, paired with a sauce of your choice, along with grilled broccolini or grilled fennel as a well-balanced side.
