If you’re one who prefers donburi bowls instead of different courses to your meal, you might want to head to Fat Cow because they’re whipping up two mouth-watering donburi bowls specially for Valentine’s Day.
The Wagyu and Truffle Donburi (S$118++) features the famous Miyazaki A4 that is grilled on binchotan. The beef is then gently laid on a bed of their signature Fat Rice which is made with premium Japanese rice, kombu, truffle, and wagyu fat. This is served alongside a crispy truffle croquette, duck foie gras, and winter black truffle shavings.
