Featuring three tiers of sumptuous made-for-sharing food platters plus a range of overflowing à la carte platters served straight to your table, trust us when we say this style of menu – that’s undoubtedly Singapore’s first – makes all the brunch spots around the island look like child’s play.

The savoury SO/ Brunch Tower, which is available in medium and large, comes packed with grubs like smoked salmon belly, chicken wings glazed with garlic and soy, toasted sourdough with smashed avocado and feta, bratwurst as well as local treats such as “goreng pisang” (fried banana fritters) and fresh tropical fruits.

For those with a sweet tooth, dig in to the SO/ Sweet Tower that’s loaded with assorted pastries and baked goodies including (but not limited to) homemade banana cake with sour cream, pancakes, assorted nyonya kueh, and Nutella crepes.

If you want to take it up a notch even further, go for The Mother Of All Towers which comes teeming with house cured salmon, artisan cold cuts and cheeses, and Australian striploin steak among other delicious nosh.

Got room for more? Add on the Loaded Platters, which comes in either seafood or meat platter option – expect premium ingredients such as Boston lobster, Hokkaido scallops, and Australian wagyu ribeye.

It doesn’t stop there – elevate your experience by adding two hours of free-flow booze to help get the party started. You can imbibe in either the house pour beer, wine, and Prosecco or go big with Taittinger Brut and a glitzy gin cart that will be roaming through the restaurant.

Our best advice? Leave the smart dressing at home and come in your stretchiest pants because you’ll need room to fit in all the food and booze.
