You always make sure you visit Shake Shack when travel to a city it’s available at. And now you finally can enjoy it on home ground: the much anticipated opening of Shake Shack in Singapore is confirmed to be on 17 April, at Jewel Changi Airport.
If you’re a fan of Shake Shack’s signature items such as the ShackBurger®, Shack-cago DogTM, and classic crinkle-cut fries, you’ll be happy to know they’ll all be available in the Singapore menu. The Singapore menu will also feature items like craft beer, wine, and frozen custard ice-cream.
But we were probably most excited to hear that Shake Shack intends to partner with local food purveyors and producers to create and launch unique items just for the Singapore community. They haven’t announced anything specific at the moment, but we were told to stay tune to their Instagram page for updates on exclusive items.
And in case you’re wondering what’s the hype about Shake Shack, here’s what it’s about. The burger joint is most known for its 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers, with patties made from carefully picked sources that are vegetarian fed, humanely raised, and verified with no hormones or antibiotics. In line with its dedication to producing quality food, its fries also contains no artificial ingredients and its vanilla and chocolate frozen custards only use real sugar.
Its fun and lively brand DNA helps it earn a cult-like following around the world. Its influence is evident from its numerous accolades, such as being among Bon Appétit’s “The 20 Most Important Restaurants in America” (ranked #16), and TIME Magazine’s “17 Most Influential Burgers of All Time” (ranked #7 for the ShackBurger).
Shake Shack Singapore will open on 17 April 2019 at #02-256, Jewel Changi Airport. Opening hours are between 10am and 10pm.
