Salmon Kitchen’s menu

Once you arrive at Salmon Kitchen, you’ll be given the chance to choose the type of unlimited set you would like to have during your 90-minute dine-in session.

There are a total of seven sets available for you to choose, depending on what you would like to eat. This gives you the option to choose what you would like to be included in the set so that you don’t pay extra for food that you probably won’t eat.

The cheapest set comes at S$29.90++ per pax, and offers unlimited yukhoe (beef tartare), kimchi pancake, and jogaetang (clam soup).

For those who go crazy over salmon sashimi, you’d probably want to go for the unlimited salmon set at S$30.90++ per pax, which comes with unlimited salmon sashimi, kimchi pancake, and jogaetang (clam soup).

However, the most popular set is the unlimited one-metre platter which comes with 12 dishes guaranteed to make you very satisfied.

These dishes include yukhoe (beef tartare), salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, oysters (three per person), saeujang (soy sauce marinated shrimp), yangnyeomgejang (spicy marinated crab), sushi, taco wasabi, muneosukhoe (parboiled octopus), riceball, kimchi pancake, and jogaetang (clam soup).

Some may feel a bit apprehensive over the beef tartare, which is essentially raw ground beef mixed with some seasoning and topped with a raw egg, but it is definitely worth a try because it is cool, garlicky, and nutty with a hint of sweetness.

While everything can be reordered, there is, unfortunately, a limit to the oysters where each person is only entitled to three.

Seeing as to how the reviews say that the oysters are huge, fresh, plump, and springy, it’s no wonder that the restaurant would need to put a limit on it. Otherwise, we would probably wipe them all out before other patrons get their chance at having a taste of this wonder.

Now that we can dine-in with up to four other people, it’s time to grab your family or your friends and head down to Salmon Kitchen for some authentic, fresh, and delicious food!
