Nobu Singapore will officially open on 1 June at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

Iconic Japanese restaurant Nobu will officially open its doors and welcome guests on 1 June, at its location in the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.

The world-famous restaurant is founded by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Nobu Singapore will be bringing his signature new-style Japanese cuisine to Singapore.

The new Nobu Singapore will be set in a sculpted open-air Japanese garden and bar against the backdrop of Singapore city skyline. You can look forward to a taste of Nobu’s signature dishes, including his famed Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño and Nobu Classics such as Toro Tartare with Caviar, Cup Sushi, and Nobu Crispy Rice.

For a taste of the freshest and finest ingredients, go for the multi-course Omakase menu and the Teppanyaki dinner.

Great food is complemented with an equally impressive beverage menu made up of bespoke craft cocktails and world-class Nobu sake brewed exclusively by Hokusetsu brewery for Nobu restaurants worldwide.

Peter Draminsky, Regional Vice President and General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore reveals that Nobu Singapore will see many firsts in the world.

“(It) is the world’s first Nobu restaurant to feature a Chef’s Table as part of a private dining space within the restaurant and the first to showcase a designer outdoor Japanese garden.”

Nobu Singapore will be helmed by Executive Chef Hideki Maeda, a protégé of Nobu Matsuhisa,  who joins the team on the heels of his tenure as Head Chef at Nobu London.
