The Michelin Guide 2022 is back for the sixth edition, and has revealed its latest list of starred restaurants on 12 July (Tuesday).
52 restaurants were awarded stars this year, an increase from 49 last year. Among them, seven are new restaurants that made it into the one-star line-up, and they include Burnt Ends, Hamamoto, La Dame de Pic, and Euphoria.
Korean restaurant Nae:um has also gained its first star. The restaurant is led by chef Louis Han, who was also clinched the Young Chef Award for 2022.
Three restaurants – Garibaldi, Corner House, and Shinji by Kanesaka’s at St Regis – were dropped from the one-star list.
On the other hand, two restaurants – Cloudstreet and Thevar – moved from the one-star to the two-star list this year.
