Open Haus by HAUS217

HAUS217 is actually a space that serves as a venue for weddings and events, however, on days that no events are booked, HAUS217 transforms into a beautiful Japanese minimalist-style cafe that serves up delicious cups of coffee and premium teas along with gorgeous pastries.

The interior

The venue draws inspiration from the Japanese lifestyle Wabi-Sabi which is to embrace and appreciate the beauty in imperfection.

Upon stepping in, you’ll feel a wave of calm wash over you because of the stones and crafted stained woods that exude a homely feel. The large glass windows allow lots of natural lighting to enter the venue, making every spot the perfect one for photos for the ‘gram.

Right smack in the middle of the venue is a stunning art installation, and wooden furniture adorned with potted plants are placed around it, offering every diner a good view of the art piece as they sip on their afternoon coffee.
