We may not enjoy change of seasons in Singapore, but it doesn’t mean we can’t channel serious Spring vibes in our outfits, makeup, and food… wait, what?!
We’re not joking because you certainly can with the limited edition Floral Collection that has just been launched by Haagen-Dazs.
The premium ice-cream brand has just introduced new flavours that are inspired by Spring. Try the Orange Blossom ice-cream, made with rich orange blossom extract blended with velvety ice-cream. This is drizzled over with bergamot sauce to bring out the citrus notes further. This sweet treat is also infused with authentic flower extracts and swirled with a smooth sauce made from real fruits.
For an even more refreshing way to enjoy the Orange Blossom ice-cream, go for the Orange Blossom Iced Tea (S$9.90). This is an orange-infused Earl Grey topped with the limited edition Orange Blossom ice-cream and seasonal fruits. Mint leaves are also featured in the drink for an even fresher taste. We really enjoyed the drink and find that it’s a great thirst-quencher that’s very uplifting.
If you prefer something a little more complex, Jasmine Raspberry & Pomegranate ice cream is the one to go for. This new flavour is made with delicate jasmine extract and complemented by a tart raspberry and pomegranate sauce made with raspberry puree and fresh pomegranate juice.

You can enjoy these two flavours at any Haagen-Dazs cafes islandwide. They are also available in Pints and Stickbars. Pints are priced at S$14.50 and Stickbar Multipacks at S$13.90. Find them at all leading supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores islandwide.
The cherry on top for us is certainly the beautiful Love Blossoms High Tea Set (S$46) for two. This three-tiered set consists of mini ice-cream scoops in a tart, assorted pastries, seasonal fresh fruits, warm chocolate fondue sauce, and complimentary tea and coffee.
