Ginkyō by Kinki’s Bottomless Brunch

The brunch begins with an exciting array of starters. The Salted Edamame is a simple yet addictive classic, while the Mikan Carpaccio offers a refreshing tang of citrus. Bold flavours shine in the Swordfish Ceviche, where zesty Japanese rice vinegar and lime add punch, and the Amela Miso Toast delivers a delightful umami twist.

For those who love spice, the Spicy Chicken Reaper is sure to set taste buds alight, while smoky Yakitori skewers bring comforting grilled goodness to the table. The latter is so good, you can expect to order a few skewers (each order comes with one skewer).

The sashimi selection is a highlight, featuring premium cuts of Maguro (tuna), Sake (salmon), Hamachi (yellowtail), and Hotate (scallop) — fresh, naturally sweet, and flown directly from Japan.

Creativity shines in Ginkyō’s tacos and rolls and I urge you not to miss it. The Salmon Mango Salsa Tacos balance sweetness and savoury, while the Ahi Tuna Tacos bring a bold punch.

For maki lovers, the Golden Age Roll, with seared salmon, mentaiko sauce, and mango purée, is a standout, as is the Welcome to the Jungle Roll, a vegetarian creation packed with avocado, asparagus, and tempura enoki, all tied together with a fragrant yuzu sesame sauce.

The main courses are hearty and indulgent. The Miso Char Siew delivers melt-in-your-mouth pork with a flavourful twist, while the Saikoro Pepper Beef is tender and peppery.

The Unagi Claypot is a comforting classic, and the Okonomi-Rosti adds a fun, crispy spin to traditional okonomiyaki.
For a luxurious touch, the Wagyu Donburi and Toyosu Chirashi Donburi are must-tries, showcasing premium ingredients in every bite.
Mains are limited to one per guest, so definitely plan among your table what to get, in order to try more dishes.

Desserts bring the meal to a sweet conclusion. The Atsuki Panna Cotta blends creamy custard with red bean paste, while the Tempura Banana offers warmth and crunch.
The Warabi Mochi, dusted with toasted soybean powder, is a traditional treat that delights with its delicate, chewy texture. Take note, the panna cotta and warabi mochi come in very small portions, so don’t expect to share them.
This Bottomless Brunch is priced at S$68++ per person and is available every Saturday (with two seating times – 11.30am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm). For those looking to elevate their experience, a top-up of S$48++ includes free-flowing wine, beer, sake, and sparkling wine.
