Foursome Ice Cream & Waffle is an ice cream cafe tucked under a residential block in Sin Ming that opens till late and recently, they have introduced a new promotion that allows you to enjoy one scoop of ice cream of your choice on a crispy, golden-brown waffle for an extremely wallet-friendly price!
The ice cream here isn’t just delicious, the interior of the cafe is also cosy with the wooden elements seen throughout the space.
Brightened up with Instagrammable neon signages hanging on the wall, it makes for a great place to chill with your loved ones.

There are also many seats here, so you won’t have to worry that you won’t be able to get a table to enjoy the highly-coveted promotion! You can either choose to sit indoors, or outdoors.
Ice cream and waffle happy hour
Foursome Ice Cream & Waffle offers an assortment of 14 flavours for you to choose from at any given time, including popular ones like Gula Melaka, Banana Nut Crunch, Hojicha, Sea Salt Horlicks, Cotton Candy, Yubari Rock Melon, Chocolate Rocky Road, Honey Lavender, Bluepea Hokkaido Milk, and Snickers.
They also offer premium flavours that require you to top up S$0.80 per scoop. Some premium flavours include Pistachio, Espresso Biscoff, Speculoos Biscoff, and Cookie Monster.
The usual price for a scoop of regular ice cream paired with waffles is S$8, but if you visit Foursome Ice Cream & Waffle between 5.30pm and 8pm, or what they like to call ‘Happy Hour’, you’ll be able to enjoy it for just S$4.50!
You’ll get a drizzle of chocolate sauce, some sprinkles plus a few mini toasted marshmallows to go with your ice cream.
If that doesn’t sound like a good way to end off a long day of work, we don’t know what is.
Now, if you don’t work in an office near Sin Ming, don’t worry, because this promotion is available daily which means that you can enjoy it even on the weekends if you aren’t able to rush down in time on weekdays.

They also have a range of soda mixers (S$3.80) and canned drinks available if you’ve had enough caffeine for the day.
For other food items, you can also try their Crunch Brownie (S$5) or their Lava Cake (S$6). The brownies are peppered with walnuts to give the chocolate fudge goodness an additional crunch.
The lava cake is filled with a rich chocolate centre that will ooze out the moment you sink your fork into the cake, so you know you’ll be in for a real chocolatey treat with this one.
