After the success of Fourgather at its Amoy Hotel outlet, the Thai restaurant has opened its second outlet at Suntec City.

Known for their modern take on Thai cuisine, Fourgather has taken their signature bold flavours and infused them with contemporary Western elements, creating a menu that is both innovative and deeply satisfying, which you can now find exclusively at its new outlet.
One of the biggest highlights of this new location is the introduction of Thai fusion dishes that bring fresh twists to classic favourites.

The Green Curry Pasta (S$19.90++) is a standout, where creamy, herbaceous green curry sauce is paired with tender chicken breast and al dente pasta—an unexpected but delightful combination that works.

Another must-try is the Tom Yum Seafood Pasta (S$26.90++), which captures the spicy, tangy essence of tom yum in a hearty noodle dish loaded with fresh seafood. It’s a clever reinvention that doesn’t compromise on the robust Thai flavours we love.

For appetisers, fans of Fourgather’s Matchstick Wings (S$12.90++) will be happy to know that the recipe has been revamped to be even more aromatic. The wings now pack an extra punch, with a more fragrant mix of Thai herbs that elevate their already addictive appeal. My table of diners enjoyed this so much, we easily cleaned off two plates of it.
If you’re looking for more classic dishes, Fourgather has got you covered too.

For a comforting escape into rich, savoury goodness, the Thai Braised Fish Maw Soup (S$39.90++) is an absolute must-try. Delicately simmered with tender fish maw and juicy chicken, this aromatic broth is further elevated with the addition of quail eggs and fragrant herbs, creating a heartwarming dish that delivers pure bliss with every spoonful.

Looking for a dish that takes you straight to the heart of Thai comfort food? Indulge in the luxurious Fluffy Jumbo Crab Omelette (S$32.90++), where light, airy eggs embrace tender chunks of sweet, succulent jumbo crab. Every bite offers the perfect balance of delicate seafood sweetness and eggy comfort, making it a truly decadent experience for seafood lovers.

If you’re dining in a larger group, go for the Fourgather Pork Party Platter (S$35.90++), an appealing spread featuring Thai-style Moo Ping, crispy pork belly, pork cutlets, and grilled pork jowl which is perfectly complemented by sticky rice, fresh veggies, and a selection of mouthwatering condiments.

Seafood lovers will enjoy the flavour-packed Tom Yum Mama Hotpot (S$36.90++), which brims with a variety of seafood and zesty flavours.
With the Suntec City outlet that’s located opposite indoor playground SuperPark, Fourgather has taken steps to make dining a more enjoyable experience for families.
The introduction of a kids’ menu is a welcome addition, offering smaller portions that don’t skimp on flavour.
Dishes like the Bacon and Corn Fried Rice (S$14.90++) and Pad Penne with Chicken and Hotdog (S$17.90++) provide fun, kid-friendly takes on Thai favourites.

A small but delightful touch is the use of adorable plates that instantly won over my kids. Combined with the generous portions, even older children will have no trouble feeling full here, making Fourgather a fantastic choice for family outings.

Beyond the food, the new outlet offers an inviting space that balances modern chic with a vibrant energy. Neon signs, eclectic decor, and bold artwork set the stage for a fun dining experience, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, catching up with friends, or enjoying a leisurely family meal.
The new Fourgather outlet is located at 3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City, Tower 2, #01-505, Singapore 038983 and is open daily, from 11am to 10pm.
