Stepping into the main dining hall, guests are instantly transported to the bustling streets of Bangkok. String lights gently illuminate the space while colourful artwork adorns the rustic brick walls. An open kitchen provides a captivating view of a team of Thai chefs expertly wielding their woks, adding to the culinary theatre.

For lunch, guests can explore affordable set menus showcasing Fourgather’s signature dishes.

The Khao Khai Jiao, a fluffy omelette served with rice (S$9.90), offers a comforting classic, while options like Rice topped with Stir-fried Basil Pork or Chicken with Scrambled Egg (S$12.90) provide flavourful alternatives. Complement your meal with a refreshing glass of Thai Milk Tea or Iced Thai Coffee, both included in the set.

Fried Fish Miang (S$44.90)

For a more leisurely dining experience, the à la carte menu beckons. The Fried Fish Miang (S$44.90) steals the spotlight with its crispy perfection — fresh fish deep-fried to golden brown perfection, served atop a bed of vibrant herbs and vegetables, creating a harmonious blend of flavours and textures. This is a perfect example of how simple ingredients can be transformed into something truly delicious.

To enjoy it best, wrap fish and with spices of your choice in the vegetables. You’ll be sinking your teeth into a fresh and vibrant vegetable wrap like no other.

Prawn Cake (S$18.90)

AVENUE ONE also enjoyed the Prawn Cake (S$18.90), recommended by co-founder Ade. They look like giant onion rings and have an addictive batter that’s crispy and aromatic. Bite into it and you’ll enjoy the generous and succulent prawns.

No Thai culinary journey is complete without a refreshing salad. Fourgather offers a variety of options, from the classic Som Tum Thai Style (S$15.90) to the luxurious Yum Puu Maa (S$36.90), a flower crab salad that promises to be a delightful explosion of textures and flavours.

Another note-worthy dish is the aromatic Green Curry Chicken with Roti (S$15.90), accompanied by small pieces of roti prata – a welcomed local twist that is practical for savouring every bit of the delicious gravy.

fourgather review Khanom Thuai
Khanom Thuai (S$9.90)

We recommend the Khanom Thuai (S$9.90), a traditional steamed coconut pudding. Light and refreshing, this is a dish that we don’t always find at Thai restaurants, and it offered a perfect conclusion to our culinary adventure at Fourgather.

As the night deepens, the vibe at Fourgather transforms. Thai music fills the air, creating the perfect atmosphere for catching up with friends over refreshing cocktails, cold beer, and bar bites.

With its vibrant atmosphere, friendly service, and, most importantly, delectable Thai food, Fourgather is certainly our new go-to destination for a taste of Thailand in Singapore.
