The latest concept from the team behind Fortuna Italian Trattoria (#28 on Asia Pacific’s Top 50 Best Pizzerias), Fortuna Terrazza brings together Southern Italian soul and Australian café culture in a bright, convivial setting.
The space is all about the “dolce vita”: mosaic details, hand-painted ceramics, and a sun-dappled palette that instantly lifts your mood. Even the servers – dressed in cheerful uniforms and moving with the kind of easy warmth that makes you feel like family – add to the holiday spirit.
The menu is a playful, brunch-first affair that sidesteps convention in favour of indulgent creativity.
The Buongiorno Toast is a standout, with layers of flavour and texture that turn a humble breakfast staple into a must-order experience.
The IFC 28 (Italian Fried Chicken) is another winner: a cheeky nod to Korean fried chicken, reimagined with Italian herbs, a cornflake crunch, and a side of crisp apple coleslaw. It’s crunchy, herby, and deeply satisfying.
