Fireplace by Bedrock Has Launched a New Burger Menu and It’s Where You’d Want To Have Your Next Lunch Appointment At

At Fireplace by Bedrock, burgers are anything but ordinary. Rooted in the open-fire philosophy of its sister concept at Bedrock, this new lunch menu leans into smoke, char, and just the right amount of decadence, elevating comfort food into something far more compelling.

The Must-Order: Fireplace Ultimate Burger and Other Burgers to Check Out

Fireplace Ultimate Burger
Fireplace Ultimate Burger

If there’s one thing you shouldn’t skip, it’s the Fireplace Ultimate Burger (S$24), a bold, flavour-packed creation that lives up to its name. The Wagyu beef patty is juicy with a deep, smoky richness, layered with grilled pineapple that adds a gentle sweetness and acidity. The hot honey ranch ties it all together with a subtle kick, while the beetroot bun lends a soft earthiness.

It’s indulgent, slightly messy, and completely satisfying; the kind of burger you keep thinking about long after the meal. It is a clear standout.

Besides the Fireplace Ultimate Burger, beef lovers can also consider the Campfire Burger (S$20), which features flame-grilled beef patty and the Talk of the Tongue (S$22), which highlights the smoked beef tongue.

While the beef burgers are the clear highlights in the menu, for those who prefer beef alternatives, there are plenty of options too, including chicken, duck, pork, and fish.

Piggy Stack

We tried the Piggy Stack (S$18), which offers a pork-forward take that’s very memorable.

The pork patty is hearty and well-seasoned, but it’s the toppings that steal the show. The apple ketchup brings a tangy brightness, while the pork belly jam adds a sticky, savoury depth that feels almost luxurious. Finished with crispy shallots for texture, it’s a clever balance of sweet, salty, and umami.

Don’t overlook the sides, in particular the White Corn Ribs (S$13). They’re deceptively simple but incredibly addictive.

Brushed with smoked paprika butter and finished with parmesan, each bite is juicy, smoky, and intensely sweet. It’s the kind of side dish that disappears faster than expected, with everyone reaching for “just one more”.

Old School Milo Banana

Dessert takes a comforting turn with the Old School Milo Banana (S$11).

Grilled until fragrant, the banana is soft and caramelised, paired with creamy vanilla custard and a generous dusting of Milo. It’s warm, familiar, and quietly indulgent; a fitting end to a meal that celebrates both flavour and nostalgia.
