ANTI:DOTE is offering a special Father’s Day Afternoon Tea experience, which includes a variety of sweet and savory bites served in its iconic chest of drawers.

Highlights of the menu include the Tiger Prawn with housemade ketchup and olive oil caviar, the Cotto Jolly Ham with pineapple salsa and feta cheese, and innovative desserts like the Beer Mug Jelly and Chocolate Cigar.

In addition to the food, two amuse bouches are also offered: Foie Gras Mousse with toasted coconut and coriander, and a 65°C Organic Egg with chive, truffle, and olive oil caviar.

To accompany the Father’s Day afternoon tea, ANTI:DOTE has curated two cocktails and a mocktail. The cocktails include the spiced rum concoction Almighty Paps and the non-alcoholic option Like Father Like Sun.

The Gyu Bar - Hibiki Marinated Miyazaki Wagyu

For a premium wagyu experience, head to The Gyu Bar.

The highlight of the menu is the Hibiki-marinated Miyazaki Yakiniku.

For the uninitiated, Miyazakigyu, sourced from Miyazaki prefecture, is known for its intricate marbling and rich flavour. The premium rump cut, called ichibo, offers a perfect balance of lean and marbled meat.

The tender wagyu is sliced and marinated in Hibiki whisky, a highly sought-after blended whisky with floral and fruity undertones. The 24-hour infusion enhances the natural sweetness of the wagyu, complemented by the whisky’s delightful nuances.

To elevate the wagyu enjoyment, guests can opt for a 45ml pour of Hibiki whisky.

For dads who prefer to enjoy this unique gastronomic experience at home, The Gyu Bar can prepare the yakiniku-style meat for takeaway, or customers can choose to grill the meat themselves at home.

Lion Brewery Co and Lime House have come together for a special Father’s Day collaboration and will take place at the Lion Brewery Co premise.

For S$40++ per person, guests can indulge in a variety of delicious dishes, including Crispy Rolled Pork Belly, New Zealand Bone-in Beef Rib, BBQ Glazed Pork Ribs, Boneless Lamb Leg, Roasted Chicken, Roasted Cauliflower, and Lime House’s renowned Reggae Jerk Chicken from the live station.

The meal also includes access to a free-flowing sides and salads bar. As a bonus, the first 40 fathers will receive a complimentary plate of Foie Gras.

The collaboration also offers a special drinks menu featuring cocktails with Bago Rum, including the refreshing Ong Lai Mojito made with Lion Brewery Co’s Ong Lai Pineapple Beer.

To keep the kids entertained, there will be various craft activities and movies throughout the celebration. The event will conclude with a lucky draw, where three winners will receive Lion Brewery Co Microbrewery Tour vouchers for two (worth S$120), and two others will take home a three-litre keg of Ong Lai Pineapple Sour with a tabletop dispenser (worth S$79). Hotel Telegraph presents an exquisite one-day Father’s Day course menu, created by Executive Chef William Lim.

Guests can indulge in a delectable feast beginning with the Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche, bursting with chili lime and yuzu pearl caviar flavours. This is followed by a velvety Lobster Bisque, enriched with a delicate cognac foam and chunks of lobster. The Saikyo Black Cod, grilled to perfection, tantalizes the taste buds with its delightful flavours.

A refreshing interlude comes in the form of the Buah Long Long Plum Sorbet, which rejuvenates the senses. For the main course, guests have the choice between two exceptional dishes: the Braised Wagyu Short Rib, offering tender succulence, truffle potato galettes, grilled baby carrots, and a luxurious touch of foie gras; or the Duo of Duck Leg, a masterful combination of duck confit and bonbons, accompanied by grilled romaine and luscious mashed potatoes.

For dine-in, they have a thoughtfully curated Four-Course Set Menu, which includes delightful creations such as the tender and charred Octopus with heirloom tomatoes and creamy burrata cheese, and the succulent Duck Breast with crispy skin, seasoned with parsley and thyme.
