1. Lucali BYGB: themed lunches and dinners

3. KIN: A gift for Easter

Something different from the usual Easter feasts, this Easter menu touches the heart and reminds you of home.

Featuring the Beef Murtubak, which is an egg crepe wrapped around ground beef, seasoned with star anise, cinnamon, and nutmeg with curry powder. To add a different spin to this dish this Easter, Chef Damian D’ Silva, founder of KIN, decided to serve this dish with house-made chilli sauce and a raita of yoghurt, topped with lime juice, tomatoes, onions and green chilli, which explains this dish’s Murtubak style.

Inspired by Chef Damian’s childhood, this dish is something that Chef Damian grew up eating in a Catholic Eurasian household every Easter. Through this, he hopes to be able to forge the Singapore food identity through his stories and heritage.

5. Tablescape: Easter Lunch Set Promotion

6. LeVeL33: Lamb Banjo Promotion

LeVeL33 offers the unique Lamb Banjo at a promotional price this Easter.

Slow-cooked overnight with a richly marinated braising liquid from various spices, the lamb reaches a perfect lightly caramelised state. To add to the flavours of the classic lamb, the Lamb Banjo comes with an abundance of sides such as a salad of rocket leaves dressed in lemon, confit garlic flowers

10. Zafferano: The Italian Table Easter Brunch

Sold with the concept of a family coming together to enjoy the food, just like the Italians, The Italian Table Easter Brunch combines a bunch of rich flavours into gourmet delights, for families to enjoy together. Some highlights in this brunch set include Risotto with smoked scamorza truffle sauce, Black Angus Beef, and Roasted Lamb Leg.

17. Restaurant Gaig: Family Favourite Easter

With all that Easter feasting, we can’t forget to have a nice dessert to end the celebratory weekend.

Restaurant Gaig has decided to celebrate this festival with a time-honoured Catalan sweet treat – Torrijas, from a traditional recipe to commemorate Easter. It is a custom bread dessert that is made from house-baked brioche, soaked in a rich mixture of eggs, milk, and vanilla, which is then pan-fried to its glorious state. Served warm with a scoop of house-made vanilla ice cream, this dessert is a simple but classic must-have this Easter.
