Their chicken bak kwa is produced without added meat tenderiser, preservatives, artificial colouring, flavouring, or MSG, and are individually vacuum-packed for freshness and convenience.

Using succulent minced chicken thigh, the preparation begins with a fish sauce-based marinade recipe, followed by the traditional charcoal-smoking process over a bamboo tray to impart a smoky fragrance. The meat is finally grilled over fire, just like how it’s done traditionally.
