An interesting thing to note when you’re at Alfero Gelato is the storage cabinet that the owner uses to store all the gelato – known as a pozzetto cabinet. It keeps the gelato at an optimal temperature away from light and air, so as to maintain consistency, smoothness, and taste, which really makes a difference to the taste of Alfero’s gelato.

21. Twenty Grammes

Though famous for their gorgeous customised tiered cakes, the ice-cream and waffles at Twenty Grammes are also not to be missed.

Their signature waffles, which include Bubble Milk Tea Soft Serve on Waffle, Charcoal Waffle with Salted Egg Sauce, and S’mores Waffle, are both aesthetically pleasing (for the ‘gram!) and taste delicious – truly killing two birds with one stone when you get this dish.
