Hotel Indigo Singapore x Aperol Spritz
Hotel Indigo Singapore, an upscale boutique hotel inspired by Peranakan culture located in Katong, has recently partnered with Aperol Spritz, the iconic bittersweet aperitif, to bring to us a pop-up garden bar that screams chill vibes.
The garden bar features an al fresco setting where you can chill outdoors under the sun or under the beautiful night sky illuminated by fairylights that hang from above. The place is decorated with deep blue and bright orange furniture, giving off feel-good holiday vibes.
And here’s the best part: it’s pet-friendly, so you can bring along your furkids for a truly relaxing fun time. They might even get to make a few new friends while you enjoy some drinks and light bites!
Menu offerings
Some of the highlights of the bar’s menu include Nonya Katsu (S$13++) which features a sharing plate of boneless chicken thigh marinated with turmeric and blue ginger served alongside Wafu sesame slaw; Beef Tartare (S$18++) with an asian twist of achar, ketchup, capers, and papadum; and Quesadilla (S$12++) with a choice of beef and chicken rendang, or chilli crab.
Other menu items include a Charcuterie board (S$18++), Kueh Pie Tee (S$10++), Calamari (S$16++), Angus Cube (S$15++), Oysters (S$10++), and You Tiao (S$15++).
Wash the food down with a glass of cocktail that starts from just S$12++. The offerings here include The Classic (S$12++), The Two-One-Two (S$12++), Bird of Paradise (S$12++), Ginger Highball (S$13++), Americano (S$14++), Negroni (S$14++), Rose Spritz (S$15++), and Old Pal (S$16++).

Location details
The Aperol Spritz Garden by Hotel Indigo is located at 86 East Coast Road, Singapore 428788 and it is open from 12pm to 10pm on Mondays through Sundays. Do note, however, that the bar is closed on Tuesdays.
While walk-ins are allowed, it’s best that you reserve a table on the Hotel Indigo Singapore website in order to avoid long waits!
For those looking to bring your furkids along with you, do indicate the size of your pet under ‘Special Request’. It is also important to note that each table is only allowed to accommodate a maximum of two small or medium-sized dogs, or one large-sized dog.
